Muthu from Salem. He is a little known Tamil enthusiast from Salem. He helped Shuzo Matsunoga translate Thirukural to Japanese. They were penpals.

Interesting. One of my friend's Dad is from Omalur and he used to explain lots of Kurals whenever he gets a chance.
