Is it true that if you get an OCI, it will be difficult to get a security clearance later?

Not that I know of. Every one knows this is just like a GC. Even with an OCI, one cannot work in a GoI establishment without special clearance form the GoI.

I know quite a few people who have OCI with security Pentagon and NASA clearance.

Of course, who would want to get a security clearance that puts tons of conditions on your travel to any place outside US.
