1. 5 yrs in jail

2. 10 yrs in jail

3. Life sentence

4. Death sentence

5. Suspended sentence as he had no prior conviction.

This one falls into my favorite capital punishment category.

Bcz she was a woman death will not even be sought. She will get life w/o Parole, or life with possibility of Parole "review" after 20 years.

statement from the sheriff's office read."

Wait...isn't there a case against this Sheriff for falsely framing cases against illegals or messicans ?
