Folks in this forum claimed that India being secular will ensure that Muslims behave. Even clear reports of increasing Political Islamic activities were disputed.

It is very clear that temple procession broke know law and was as per prior agreement. Why did the Muslims indulge in Violence ? They just don't respect any law if it is NOT sharia sanctioned which is an Islamic law not palatable to Non-Muslims. There-in lies the problem. The silent majority of Muslims (everybody else excluding the 60) condone such activities and keep quiet.

Again Edmund Burke's quote is important, all it takes for evil is for good men to do nothing. Unfortunately, this seems to apply to Islamic community. Not sure why, even intelligent people cannot seem to take on the Political Islamists.

Innocuous sounding names are orgs (SDPI) was started 10-12 years back with Colombo Branch of ISI playing a role. They allegedly used some Muslims on their payroll to spread Political Islam/Sharia. Politicians looked away to get votes, results are there to see.
