I have always frowned on the accuracy of I.Q. tests to measure true intelligence. I would add one thing though, Asian countries do not include I.Q. scores from retarded and mentally disabled children in their averages, unlike Western nations. Now I only know this because this was something O'reilly talked about in one of his pieces on his Factor show, but I also find it hard to believe that a country like China would waste resources even to bother teaching retarded children at all.... given their billion plus numbers and their harsh treatment of thier own citizens.
