its the general buzz in the field as well, i am told. well, there are "true performers" and there are "showmen and showgirls" in BN for instance and it is true of today's CM scene as well. and the TV appearences as a judge for random music shows is equally important, much more than raw talent. she did all that and see what it got her:-)  one thing that has been repeatedly pointed out - her dedication to this cause.
