after the gluttony of yesterday, that's the only logical step imo.

not full fasting, but maybe just fruits.

just had tea in the morning so far... may eat one apple in some time. let's see how that goes.

I might keep up this plan. 11 am and I still had nothing after my tea at 7:30 am, and this when I have been painfully hungry for last one hour. Stomach-growling-nausea-dizzy kinda hungry. I am postponing my apple feast for as long as I could.

ate a little at noon. 1 banana and one small bowl of yogurt with namkeen sev, and a full glass of water. Kept me full for a total of 84 minutes. Will ride this out until 3:00 pm, and have my tea then.
 
'a few' almonds doesn't work for me. I end up eating a handful and then 2-3 more handfuls. I think I am like an alcoholic for whom there is not such thing as 'drinking in moderation'. Unfortunately though, one can't quit food and aneroxia is not my thing.

1 banana: 110
bowl of yogurt: 40 (I had half the size of a usual contianer)
namkeen sev: 50 (googled)
blueberries (half cup): 40
one slice of mango: 30

285, and with my next tea, would be roughly 300.

attempting to fast today 2013-110

The above is a (li'l overcooked) mixture of black rice, brown rice and quinoa (1:1:2). 
1 cup of the above 
1 cup of sambar
1/2 cup of yogurt
+ 1 cup of almond milk.
(It tasted fine. Anything with sambar or yogurt tastes fine to me)

# of cals i guess must be less than 500. 

That's my lunch. Probably breakfast too (didn't have much of a breakfast). I feel as stuffed as can be. 
Whole grains zindabad! They keep you full even when you eat little.

MDTT: Don't know where you got those numbers. A banana size does matter. 40 cal bowl of yogurt? rite. Tea 15 cals with 2 spoons of sugar and 1/2 milk ? yeah rite.

I fasted right through Thanksgiving in more ways than one. Had a small bowl of wanton soup today on my mother's recommendation. I can't stop thinking about him. He has called only once today.

LOL, yes. look below, half eaten donot left by kids for me to finish off. It's been lying next to me for last 15-20 minutes. PAINFUL. Just its smell is 25 calories. There is a piece left in the middle by the irregula bites. The OCD in me is telling to bite it off and give it a smooth shape.
