NAC and Sonia were enjoying power without accountability. These will continue under Congress rule and allegedly a Rasputin style rule will continue, where the Czar will be Rahul/Sonia and a bunch of NGO's and NAC busybodies will frame legislation and run the show without any accountability. Allegedly, the cabinet Minister will continue to rubber stamp these policy frameworks conceived by the NAC. A recent example being the "Communal Violence Bill".It was the most virulent anti-Hindu legislation proposed by  Congress, completely against the constitution of India. It is surprising none in media questions Congress on this blatantly discriminatory bill.

Excerpts
Under Gandhi, the legal grip of the Centre on the states will continue to tighten unabated. After all, the non-governmental organisations that are likely to drive his policy agenda love the single-window facility for pushing their favourite social agendas that centralisation offers.
