Here are the facts:

Rohith's dad is not a dalit. So Rohith is legally not a dalit.

Rohith's mom and Rohith converted to Christianity. Christianity doesn't have the caste system. Dalit Christian is an oxymoron. Being a non-hindu, he can't get a caste certificate.

The doctor arrived within minutes of intimation, but she says Rohith was already dead for the past couple of hours before she arrived. If anyone saw him hanging before the 2 hrs, why did they wait to call the doctor?

What Smriti Irani said about the police being there is based on the reports of the Telangan police. She made that pretty clear. Is there's any discrepancy, it's the with the Telangana police.
