this guy is not nice. the building i live in was purchased by JK from its previous owners.the first thing that he (or his people, same thing) did was send out brochures advertising that we'd all get free ( of course i didn't belive it)  parking spots, one per apartment. and then, not unexpectedly, the rent goes up 220 bucks. i mean i had my own car then so it was fine. but what if i didn't have a car, which is how i've spent mots of my life....dad just happened to gift it to me but i was always cabbing it before that.
