Not sure..why the but?

"Visually challenged" can mean a range of disabilities, from legally blind (partial blindness- peripheral only, central etc) to totally blind. So many can function best- when they are sitting facing the terminals. And I would think most Braille keyboards are placed in front of the terminals, and "Voice/Audio" enhancements are helpful when the person faces the speakers.

There is a Jinnah Bazaar in Guntur (AP), and a Gangaram Hospital in Lahore (Pak).

But I see your point. You can't find a "Hitler" anywhere in the world now, or an Aurangzeb, for that matter, anywhere in India. Interestingly, it seems "Zeb" is a slang word for penis in Arabic. A story went around a few years ago about a Pakistani diplomat named Akbar Zeb ("big dick" in Arabic) when named as ambassador to Saudi Arabia, the Saudi govt said no, they don't want him, because they cant introduce him to other Arab diplomats or other Saudi officials with a straight face.

Apparently, you can't name children "Adolf Hitler" (in the US- New Jersey!):

Obviously, one would want parents to be thoughtful and sensitive when they name their children..but, as awful as this may be..I would assume there is more to this story (some proof of child abuse)..kind of strange that in the USA, land of freedom of speech (!) children would be taken away, because of their names. I wonder why the Judge did not simply order the parents to change the name of children as a requirement to return them.
