What happened to Panini, Merlot, Rashmun, et al.?
When Kanchi Sankaracharya's case was being discussed, they were very vocal in criticizing him.
When Seva posted some views on Hinduism, they attacked him with pieceful vigor.
When Sabarimala's restrictions on females was a hot topic, they were going ape shit!
...................
Now RSS, politicians and Asaram Bapu, etc., are all expressing views that should make these extremely brilliant scholars hungry for a debate.
However, they are all giving mild responses or taking a nap.
What does this mean?
Are they becoming less forceful in their ways?
Is the world changing?
Is there hope for the Taliban - will they give up piece for peace?
Is the Sun still rising in the East?

pressulu (panini-ji) is recovering from the year-end bonus he received from his company, 0%, for all the time he stole from his employer and spent at suCH. he'll be back soon. haranyakashyapoo!
Her Royal Roundness has had to travel great distances lately, having single-handedly decimated the herds of maharashtra's cows, and needing to search for his lunch further afield in karnataka, madhya pradesh, and gujarat. he'll be back as soon as he's had a satisfying, 100% non-vegetarian meal made up of beef, pork, lamb, shrimp, and fish, and nothing else.
hth.

What it means is that, for once, even the apologists for the RSS are aghast at the statements coming from that fine organization. Those worthies gladly made excuses and blamed the victims when girls were beaten up at a pub, but now even they are surprised by the insensitivity of Asaram Bapu et al. Perhaps this is a good sign for India.Vakavaka Pakapaka wrote:What does this mean?
