There is a clear video evidence and yet PC (chidambaram ) says, govt would not jump to conclusions.

So much for strict rules/kyc/guidelines etc ...

so the hindu is reporting about cobrapost and not necessarily about the three banks. they cannot vouch for authenticity of video and did no research about the allegations.

how is it different from gossiping?
