This is a typical Southie behavior...elevating movie stars and politicians to God-like status.

Does anyone - ANYONE - think that these guys are sincere in their efforts?

In any case, Thandu Mariamman koil is considered a powerful goddess and hope their stunt does not affect Rahul ji.

Brings back some fond memories of this temple. They hold an annual festival in April/May and invite highly revered carnatic musicians for evening performance.
