Lunch was simple bharwa gilki, toor daal, off-the-stove roti. Awesome. Very sweet langada aam. Kaju katli with tea in the afternoon. Am getting ready to go to the village. That place had the bestest butter chicken. Am taking a lot of pics, no food pics yet. Will upload when I come back.

But the highlight for me. Kharbooje ke beej. Right from dad who cuts the Kharbooj, to others who clean and dry them, I am kept in mind (Sis too who is another addict). A bottle full is saved for me. But it was forgotten when it was saved for me. Found it today when dolly came ( following Max's example to call by name wonly). Spent entire day in going through them. *joy*

Ya. Ate all that in the village. I got ready and went. Met only three people I knew. My old bady coach, the receptionist, who recognized me but called me by my neighbor-bff's name first and then corrected it, and the paan wala. The coach and paan waala both said I look 'exactly the same'. Very Happy

But the strangest thing happened. Saw a lot of kids/teens, and began guessing based on their looks - this must be raman's son, this must be from that Ahuja family. This one gotta be anju's kid. Man, I am getting old.
