World cup, IPL and too many matches watered down the interest of general public. All 20/20 should be banned and as Kirsten said they should be only domestic. Tests and ODIs should rule.

Rest must be nipped in bud. Or else this happens.

Vijay's dismissal was unlucky. His previous ball was pitched and was chest high. Next ball pitched around the same area was ankle high.

Yeah, looks like Vijay got out to one of those nasty unplayable deliveries.
Abhinav Mukund seems to be batting fluently in this innings. I hope he can get a 50 atleast before the pitch throws up another nasty surprise.
The lead is 100 now. Another 100-125 should be sufficient I think.

i feel bad for Vijay.

In our league this season I got out twice like that and my captain doesn't understand that it was unplayable.

2 matches against the league's top two teams I opened and played almost 20 overs in each of the match. So I am no bunny to fast bowling.

next two matches against two minnows. in the first one, one ball hits me in the chest and the next ball shoots past my ankle and I get bowled before I bring the bat down. My captain harasses me and the next match it happened again and he is up on my face.

Then he went 6 down in the second match and same thing happened to him. He comes back and apologizes.. LOL

Wow, I didn't look at the scoreboard for a few minutes and now 2 more wickets are gone! Considering West Indies' habitual self implosion, I think India still holds the edge in this match.
The team better get it's act together or else heavy defeats against England will be unavoidable.

was a low scoring affair the last time around too, Dravid was the saviour, hope he repeats and takes us home.

Dravid is perhaps the last of his breed. I doubt we will see another player like him in this era of 20-20 ball bashers who bat like Bradman on flat wickets and fold like a cheap tent on wickets which offer the slightest help to the bowlers.
