Sathay Sai Baba's nephew and trust member R.J. Ratnakar Sunday clarified that the trust has nothing to do with the cash. He said in a statement that the cash belongs to 12 devotees and they would give all the details to the police.

Here is the more interesting piece of this story for me:

The trust Friday declared that it found Rs.11.56 crore, 98 kg gold and
gold jewellery, and 307 kg of silver articles inside [baba's residential] chamber.

Did baba operate the local office of the Reserve Bank of India out of his residential chamber?

so many ppl have so much wealth stashed away if only they paid due taxes **sigh**
