Actually it is the other way around. KV was a Hindian, who went into a coma after a trauma. When KV woke up all hindi gone and wonly Thamizh.

only another trauma+ coma will make KV a hindian - again.

That makes sense and is like scenes in many Hindi movies in which the previous trauma or a disability (like stuttering or memory loss etc. as a result of accident or shock) gets reversed and cured by a similar new accident / shock.
