this applies to people who actually memorize phone numbers.

I hate it when my husband asks for my cell number and DOB. I ask him..."Why did you marry when you cannot remember vital info about your wife...why on earth you wanted to marry and what's the need?" He says I am over reacting for nothing and I cannot tolerate the reasons for the questions asked and he cannot risk my health and so he wouldn't tell. Crap, I know.

At the least now I know that I am not alone...

Do you frequently change your cell #?

Can't imagine why he's asking for your DOB. You must be either newly married or married a really long time and he's now suffering from dementia?

Nope I don't and it hasn't changed in years. The DOB is to fill in some application or some forms for paperwork...he says a different date and tests my tolerance level.

Dear Hindian Lady:

I memorize Car Plate numbers - while I was in India...as a small boy....(Those serve as my passwords).

but then it is only two dates - how difficult could it be to remember the dates?

Nila, your husband doesn't care much for you at all. Something's pretty effed up in this marriage.
