It would have made lot of sense if the recharge surge happened in march of 2013 than November 2013.
as i said before this website is obama's katrina. only difference he still has a chance to redeem himself if he can fix it before end of year or even by march 2013.

how come no links to wapo articles? the big govt bicoastal liberals must be busy coming up with excuses and bar charts. this is exactly why ppl fear big govt - it's filled with tax and spend bureaucrats and quota driven incompetents put into position of great power without any experience or abilities other than "connections" and networking abilities.

PS: this second term turkey is done, much like GB2's second term squandered the 9-11 check.

You guys act as though existing system is wonderful and perfect, if so, why couldn't 40 million Americans afford health insurance. There has been hue and cry about health care reform for what, only about 15-20 years now?  Website glitches can be fixed sooner or later, with all the opposition for change, everyone would create hurdles and would do their bit to slowdown the process. Aren't the insurance companies responsible for providing most of the data? I'm involved in a project to modernize mainframe systems where we get no help it's been an uphill battle everyday to make any progress with no or little cooperation. I can see why this website ran into the problems it did no surprise with all those naysayers around.

Cd,
may be there is a much simpler explanation than your convulted explanation. obama admin was inefficient and failed to raise to the occasion. remember the first debate of 2012 election.

but the fact of the matter is it ain't as simple as you try to make it to be, especially when half of the politicians want it to be a failure and as big & powerful as the health care lobby is. Can any one with straight face say that everything was hunky dory with the existing health care system?

Yep, when a Democrat administration screws up and puts politics over policy, it ain't as simple.

The Republicans have always been opposed to this law. What is new? The Dems had the perfect opportunity to postpone this if they wanted.

Because it is a bad law to start with. I know you will defend your Salesman-In-Chief to eternity.
