After pressure from everybody in TN, Hindia gov said PM will not attend commonwealth heads meeting but foreign minister will.

hahahaha...Big victory...huge victory for KV. Independence for Ealam is right around the corner...Hindia defeated and now Pirabhakaran's soul - which is frying in oil tank in hell - will resume the fight against the Sinhalas.
