what is the solution to this problem? are you ok with stray dogs being culled?

Two quick things come to mind..

1. Hire Olympic sharpshooters and kill the dogs.

*AND*

Send deadbodies to China (They actually can eat them).

2. Bring a wave of Chinese immigrants to India on a 10 year multiple entry visas. They come, they eat and they go.

--> there are many abysmally poor people in India who do not get sufficient protein in their diet......
