In 2012, there was a sex tape released of Abhishek Singhvi where allegedly he was seen having sex with a female lawyer. The Delhi High Court restrained a media house from publishing, telecasting and broadcasting the contents of the sex tape.[6] Singhvi claimed that such a CD either does not exist or if it does, it is clearly and obviously morphed, fabricated and forged

it was a case involving consensual sex and the tape had been made without the consent of Singhvi or the woman. So i agree that public broadcasting of such a tape would be illegal.

Well, lover boy Abhishek was given a "favor" by the "consenting" female lawyer because he was recommending her for promotion. Whether there is a "conflict of interest", when he wrote the recommendation, is for non-sikular people to determine. His driver who taped the Nityanandish episode probably became rich!!!
