SC and Gujarat HC clear Modi of any role in 2002 Riots

........Panaji: As a Gujarat court upheld the closure of the Special Investigation Team (SIT) report probing the 2002 communal riots in Gujarat, state Chief Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday said it represented the "triumph of truth". Reacting to the court's order, Modi, on microblogging website Twitter, said, 'truth alone triumphs'

Initiated by the CONmen's UPA govt initiated and SC appointed SIT cleared Modi of all wrong doings and seconded/reaffirmed by Gujarat HC.

Now the piglets and the PiSSers will continue to Oink Oink - as will the senile Maulana of SuCH.

This judgement is not by the Gujarat High Court but by a magistrate. Zakia has said she will file an appeal before the High Court within a month. The poor magistrate must have thought that his wife and daughter and female relatives will start being snooped at and put under surveillance if he gives an adverse judgement.

Yes, the SIT, SC were also afraid. If only Vadra ji and Sonia Madam are also, afraid of Modi, we will have a lot less corruption.

CONmen immediately appointed a commission to look into "snoop-gate". To deflect criticism that they are going after Modi, they are asking the commission to look into "snooping" in different (non-CON) states. Soon they will publicize morphed pictures of Kejriwal kissing a young CON-o-philic chick who will complain of rape (after receiving a couple of crores from anti-corruption crusader Pappu).

These morons haven't learnt any lesson from the past 3 election defeats in Gujrat.

The judge's order, based on the findings of a Special Investigation Team constituted by the Supreme Court, endorses the defence of BJP and its PM candidate that the riots were the result of spontaneous eruption of Hindu anger against the killing of karsevaks in Godhra, rather than a state-sponsored conspiracy.

The Supreme Court's amicus curiae in the Zakia Jafri case concluded that Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi can be proceeded against for various offences during the 2002 riots, including promoting enmity among different groups.

Is your Congress party's it research so weak that it cannot find any latest info to respond to modi's supporters?

The case is going to Guj High Court and views of the amicus curate will be a part of the arguments as to why Modi needs to be prosecuted. Zakia Jaffery is saying that BJP supporters can rejoice now for maybe 20 days because within a month she will be filing her appeal in the High Court.

This is the Indian judiciary Tamasha. if the Gujarat HC also agrees with the SC-appointed SIT report (accepted by SC), Then this Zakia will appeal to the SC - against SC-appointed, SC-accepted SIT report.

Now what? SC will reject its own SIT report? No...

Then the CONmen will appoint a commission to look into the whole "cumbersome" process (made complicated by CONmen and CON-surrogates.

How about a commission against vadra's Land Swindling case?

What Congress fails to understand is that it exhausted judicial avenues against modi. As a political party it should keep trying but it should also have a sense that the fight is now in voter arena. So they should get over the judicial morphine and come up with an answer to modi. Diggy rascal and manish tiwari may be good for media but Indian voter do not know them and do not care about them.
Modi is flying solo in the maidan and rahul, Sonia do not know how to handle him.
