TIMES NOW have tracked down the globe trotting legislators to Istanbul where day one of the so called study tour seems to be quite extravagant. They have been spotted posing for pictures, shopping and having a great time at the taxpayer's expense. This vacation is coming at a time when victims of the Muzaffarnagar riots are struggling to rebuild their lives, battling the harsh cold and bearing the brunt of the apathy, in fact when these legislators are having a good time in Istanbul.
