This Sinhal guy who hit Rajiv with rifle butt in 1i987 was releasesd a few years later. India did not shout at Sri Lanka but trained their military and gave weapons and money. So they should gib=ve money to TN govt of Jayalalitha.

He contested Sri Lankan parliament. I think he became an MP
