according to this article, it's around 9:30-11:30AM and 1:30PM-5:00PM. apparently it's bad to drink it first thing after you wake up, whenever your circadian rhythm is.

I found that coffee causes my heart to beat faster...I quit and settled on tea these days...I dont know where I heard it or if it's even true but coffee apparently constricts blood vessels where as tea causes the opposite effect. from that perspective alone, coffee seems bad to a degree

Coffee worse than Tea is what I could validate within my system too. Coffee is now out.. except for an occasional once/twice a month indulgence just to devour the aroma of it.
