It is true that some poor North Indians try to indulge in some petty crime when they are in rich and glorious Tamil Nad. The sums involved in these crimes amount to peanuts. I scoff at these crimes.

Now when a Tamilian rips off a North Indian he fleeces the poor Northie well and good. In the article at the link a Tamilian fleeced a Delhi businessman of Rs 20 crore. No Northie has the guts to defraud a Tamilian of Rs 20 crore in TN.

Good observation. Moreover, Northies are still busy defrauding other Northies and didn't have a time to "work on" the Southies (including TNers).
