America delivered a demarche to Sri Lanka that it wants the final report of the Lessons Learnt and Reconciliation Commission discussed at the 19th sessions of the UN HRC next year. God Bless America.

In a 2009 UBHRC meeting Hindians joined hands with China, Pakistan and Russia and blocked a resolution about Tamil massacres.
