Looking at the map, the illiterate Fishermen have no way to ensure they respect "international boundary - especially, when they are fighting for their daily livelihood.

Why the hell Indira gave away katchtheevu to SL ? Think it is time to take it back - for a start. If India can walk in and take over Sikkim, it can do the same in this case.

India should also give an ultimatum to SL - behave and live peacefully with the tamils....or else....

This should be done fast as China and Pakistan will be mute for a while not knowing how to behave or respond and at the same time China trying not to antagonize India, lest it might get closer to the US-Japan axis.
