Haha..I'm not a foie gras fan (although I do lust a good roast duck), so no loss.

But given the preponderance of nutjobs in this govt, I do worry about the availability of beef in the coming days. Binge on the good stuff while it's still around, I say.

They cannot ban beef in muslim neighbourhoods. You can go to sleep without worry.

Not just Muslim neighbourhoods, even many Hindus eat beef. In Kerala, I heard it is almost as common as any meat. Even in Chennai, I see beef briyani signs everywhere. It is an issue in states where BJP has a presence but not allover India..
