...Parents of a Class IX student Farheen Fatima of St Joseph Inter College had submitted a complaint to the DM that their daughter was not allowed to attend classes wearing a scarf covering the head.

So...who has more right ? The Muslim girl or the Catholic College ?

Secular groundhogs are welcome to comment.

Where is the dilemma? If someone doesn't want to comply with the dress code of any institution, they should go find some other place which accepts them. True for scarves, burqas, turbans or facial markings.
