Ya, the ISI's biggest collaborators in India are the chaddis, forever playing the communal divide to try and win elections.

"Love jihad" was the flavor of your breastbeating in 2013,resulting in the Muzaffarnagar riots: 42 Muslims dead vs 20 Hindus, just before the UP elections.

And in 2015, it was the mad cow-sons just before the Bihar elections.
