I think since the "crime" took place in Ayodhya, the Bihar court has no jurisdiction.

P.S. Just shows the Indian judicial system and process is like a Comic. The judge should throw out the case.

What next? Case against Duryodhan(a)? Case against Lord Krishna for not following Dharma in the Mahabharata war? Case against Sukhracharya for eating a man? The entire Indian judicial system can be "engaged" for a 1000 years with a million cases from Ramayana and Mahabharata.
