Greetings, Noble NRI Change-bringers,

I have great pleasure in informing you that our Mahatma Anna, ever mindful of our bodily comfort, has decided to shift the venue of his next round of fasting from chilly Delhi to balmy Mumbai.

Enemies of our movement aka defenders of corruption aka stooges of the Empress are likely to make much of this matter and draw comparisons with the other Mahatma (Gandhi) aka father of the first independence movement who wore little more than a loin-cloth during his fasts in Delhi and elsewhere. We Indians Against Corruption remind you that while this might be viewed as toughness in some quarters, cavorting in a loincloth causes impure thoughts amongst members of the opposite sex and is therefore morally reprehensible.

The change of venue is not to be viewed as any softness on Mahatma Anna's part. After all, as we all know, Mahatma Anna is our patriot in chief and a genuine war hero (having driven army trucks heroically through pitched battles). He has threatened to singlehandedly throw out Pakistan if they dare occupy our territory. No, Mahatma Anna's reasons are more pragmatic. In this age of 24x7 media coverage, Mahatma Anna believes that extraneous matters like the erect nipples of civil society members fasting in the Delhi chill might distract the nation from the real issue of the Jan Lok Pal bill (just as the FDI in Retail issue was designed to).

But that will not stop tongues from wagging. I exhort you to stand your ground and teach those misguided people a lesson in the manner Mahtma Anna has taught us to. And we shall prevail. Together we can etc. Jai Hind.

Anna Hazare is a man destined to bring about major changes in the nation.. so far he has not succeeded

I do hope and pray that his efforts to weed out corruption amongst other things are not in vain

Someone has to be a pioneer ..take the bull by its horns

His counterpart Mahatma Gandhi has rightly declared "You must be the change you wish to see "

Anna is doing precisely that
