What did you have for breakfast today?

For all the POKCTAPs who are going on about their gym workouts, I thought I would add this thread as a helpful tracker tool.

a bowl of mini wheats cereal today.
but doesn't matter. used mini-muffins as a time-killer and mood-enhancer, all day today. Pack of chocolate chip mini-muffins from costco. Like 5-6 of them so far. K maybe even more.
had put them on kitchen table after the shopping, and that's where they been for 3 days now. So easy to access, pick, and gobble. Jeez!

Breakfast? It was a long time ago Angel..
Actually, it was nothing colorful or interesting:)..Just a boiled egg, a banana and two cups of coffee.

I have only coffee for breakfast. Today being Ekadasi I still had coffee.

Since I was starving yesterday, had poori with kelangu (aloo) for breakf. The food never tasted divine.
