I am not favor of moderation of any sort. My advice to anyone who finds anything here offensive: ignore it, and the user posting such stuff. You can even set the user as a "foe" so you don't see their posts any more.

i am willing to accept the prima facie assertion that he didn't post anything that was illegal. in that case your position is reasonable. still though the question is do you want to open yourself and others here to problems with the law? we don't have the corporate structure of sulekha sitting here to provide us with legal protection. we are just a small bunch of people sharing opinions on matters of interest to us. we don't need this headache. my own suggestion is to ban porn of all kind just to be safe.
