Had this at- a restaurant last night macaroni grill). Recipe below for this appetizer. Was the highlight of the meal. Rest was pasta pomodoro, grilled chicken and rosemary flavored (i think) bread + their house Chianti wine (so-so).

Want to go back again just for this appetizer.

The cheese was very soft and didn't seem to have particularly strong flavor. The combination with the pepper made the dish spicier than anything else. You eat each of them in one pop.
