yes...many desi docs do a better job than the Ivvy League educated doctor(s). Also, many desi docs do a better job than many AIIMS docs;

Also, many desi docs misrepresent their credentials and also don't do a great job.

Y'day I saw on a US medical school faculty website a desi who had stated as his credential "MBBS (equivalent to MD in US)" While the header clearly claimed MD. A clear case of stretching. Then what is indian MD equivalent to?

Thought of sending a note to the NIH and cause some headache for him. Not everything is caught by even the NIH and its panels despite several screenings.

The Jewish ENT surgeon which the article I posted is a brilliant man.

But he self-destructed because of his greed.

Most docs are greedy. They enter med school with at least some compassion. But, during their clinical rounds, their enslavement by the supervising docs/hospitals and all the patient/hospital arrogance/abuse desensitizes them. So, by the time they enter the profession, all that is left in them is greed (same with most docs in India as well).
