i usually don't like the needlessly jargon filled writing of friedman. but i liked this opinion piece. he is spot on.

He eloquently surmised my views.

"The term “pro-life” should be a shorthand for respect for the sanctity
of life. But I will not let that label apply to people for whom sanctity
for life begins at conception and ends at birth. What about the rest of
life? Respect for the sanctity of life, if you believe that it begins
at conception, cannot end at birth."

I am pro-life and also Pro-women's choice. That is I am against abortion, but will put up with a woman's decision even if I don't like it (hey....that has been the story of my life...Razz).
