...initiated based on the simple statement of a child to its teacher.

The young H1Bs who transplant here have no clue of the "culture" in US (or the West). All it takes is for a child to blabber something to a teacher or a neighbor or anyone calling anonymously the social services.

The things will begin to happen.

This is ridiculous! Being separated from their parents is more damaging to the children (one is 7. the other is even younger) than the 7 yr old being scolded by their parents for bedwetting.
