why didnt this make headlines? Its not in any newspaper, expcept this obscure piece of news. Never heard of thie award ever before, neither heard of this doctor ever before

i don't know why such a news which makes us all proud didn't make headlines. May be the newpapers are busy with more important things like Rape in Delhi, movie stars and their movies, etc.
