First Theory accepted by most world. Until recently most Tamils also thoght its true. Now many dont.

It goes like India is foiolede by, black mailed by, manipulated by cunning Sri Lanka.



Second Theory proposed by Dr. Thanjai Nalankilli. My internet search shows he wrote about it as early as 1997. I know he said this in Tamil mag Tamil Nilam in around 1987. This thery says that India is anti-Tamil and it encouraged the 2009 massacre as long as it does not provoke TN too much. India is not fooled but it puts up an act that SL is fooling it, manipulating it, blackmailing it. This theory got accepted by most Tamils around March-May 2009.

When there are 2 theories you check they could explain observations. One that explains the most is often favoured. If one explains all observations, and the other only some, the former is accepted.

In case of India-SL, Dr. TNK's theory explains everything from IPKF to Indian actions in 2009.
