Hospitals lose power in coastal Andhra as public utility employees strike against Telangana formation. There is talk of a potential tripping of the southern grid that will affect other states. Will this strategy succeed in derailing Telangana state formation? What do people here think of this tactic of inconveniencing millions and threatening the lives of thousands of people who need healthcare that requires electricity? Or will the people of coastal Andhra get angry with the blackouts and say, "enough of this nonsense, let's go ahead and get this separation done already!"
