Who is he to decide that the entire state govt., police agency are suspect and biased. If anything the central agencies are the ones that are biased....perhaps not against him...

If he succeeds then every rapist and terrorist will resort to the same techniques. Hope his petition is dismissed and the courts make his case a model case for expedited trial.
