Kerala CM Pinarayi Vijayan tweets


He tweeted on March 27 that using 2011 census data to allocate funds wii adversely affect southern states which controlled their population. He said Kerala gets only 0.25 rupee for every 1 rupee it pays in taxes. TN gets 0.40 rupee  and Karnataka  gets 0.47 Re and UP gets 1.79 Rupee
