You have finished with your studies and now its time for you to seek a job. Nowadays applying to different companies does not mean that you have to go in person to deliver you resume. You can always go but a better option is to send it via email. But then again do you know how to send your resume via email. It’s a tricky job to even apply leave alone getting a call for interview and cracking the test and interview. So here are some suggestions that would help you to send your Resume across in the right way.
When you are sending it you can either attach your resume or paste the entire text into the email itself. But I would suggest that it is better to attach and paste it in the email. Reasons are there of this suggestion as many companies use optical scanners to check out resumes and custom term papers. In this way only specific keywords will be highlighted and often it happens your resume will be chucked because it did not contain the required keywords.
Then again there are some organizations where they open up each and every document and attachment to read it. And since you are not aware what your prospective employer wants its better to do both. All the very best to all the future job seekers and hoping that this tip would come in handy.
