is needed immediately.

Drop Tendulkar (make him take an unpaid sick leave), DHONI (MUST GO), Zaheer (the so-called fast baller), Yuvraj Singhan (only good for ODI).

and put Gambhir and Sehwag on notice...(as leaders they need to play and mentor like leaders).

If these guys are not dropped, they will drag players like Pujara and Kholi and ruin them.

If not the SA tour will be a historic disaster.

and you're missing the most important overhaul. if you want to succeed at test cricket, scale back on t20.

It needs to be reformed...or else when it loses its shine in 3 to 5 more years (this can go on only so long), India will have nothing....perhaps, that may not be that bad.
