There are 31 gun control bills currently active in the House and Senate with no sign of anything passing in the immediate future, particularly with the presidential election coming up. Obama's speeches are falling on deaf ears.

retail litigation seems to be the only way to go. there is no chance that there is going to be a scintilla of legislative action.

Just imagine Congress passing an act that gives the pharma industry broad immunity from blame for misuse of its products. The gun lobbyists wield so much clout. What a shame!

Gun Control in US is same as UCC in India.

Both are right but will stay as perennial fantasies.
