..is FULL of delusional people...like this.

"An elected county judge in Texas is warning that the nation could
descend into civil war if President Barack Obama is re-elected, and is
calling for a trained, well-equipped force to battle the United Nations
troops he says Obama would bring in."

I appoint "Hellsangel" as rep of Judge Tom Head for this site.

I guess that's what they need those assault weapons for. That's why nobody wants to say out loud why a law-abiding citizen might need an assault weapon. They don't want to tell us the real reason those weapons are needed -- to defend the homeland from United Nations troops! If they tell us, bicoastal liberals in our midst might alert the United Nations overlords.

opinion polls now count for nothing. the aggressive defining of the republican plank must continue well into november. give them no time to launch a counter offensive and make sure they spend all their resources on playing defense. right now the republicans are doing a well enough job of scoring self goals, but we can't rely on that to continue.

Think a civil war isn't possible? These aliens come to us and start showing their true colors in due course of time. When politically correct and culturally diversesocieties agree to "the reasonable" Muslim demands for their"religious rights," they also get the other components under thetable. Here's what happens as muslims rise in numbers -
aslong as the Muslim population remains around 1% of any given country they willbe regarded as a peace-loving minority and not as a threat to anyone. In fact, they may be featured in articles and films, stereotyped for their colorfuluniqueness:
UnitedStates - Muslim 1.0%
Australia– Muslim 1.5%
Canada– Muslim 1.9%
China– Muslim 1%-2%
Italy– Muslim 1.5%
Norway– Muslim 1.8%
At2% and 3% they begin to proselytize from other ethnic minorities anddisaffected groups with major recruiting from the jails and among street gangs:
Denmark– Muslim 2%
Germany– Muslim 3.7%
UnitedKingdom - Muslim 2. 7%
Spain– Muslim 4%
Thailand– Muslim 4.6%
From5% on they exercise an inordinate influence in proportion to their percentageof the population.
Theywill push for the introduction of halaal (clean by Islamic standards) food, thereby securing food preparation jobs for Muslims. They will increase pressureon supermarket chains to feature it on their shelves - along with threats forfailure to comply. (United States).
France– Muslim 8%
Philippines– Muslim 5%
Sweden– Muslim 5%
Switzerland– Muslim 4.3%
TheNetherlands - Muslim 5.5%
Trinidad& Tobago - Muslim 5.8%
Atthis point, they will work to get the ruling government to allow them to rulethemselves under Sharia, the Islamic Law. The ultimate goal of Islam is not toconvert the world but to establish Sharia law over the entire world.
WhenMuslims reach 10% of the population, they will increase lawlessness as a meansof complaint about their conditions (Paris - car-burnings). Any non-Muslimaction that offends Islam will result in uprisings and threats (Amsterdam –Mohammed cartoons).
Guyana– Muslim 10%
India– Muslim 13.4%
Israel– Muslim 16%
Kenya– Muslim 10%
Russia– Muslim 10-15%
Afterreaching 20% expect hair-trigger rioting, jihad militia formations, sporadickillings and church and synagogue burning:
Ethiopia– Muslim 32.8%
At40% you will find widespread massacres, chronic terror attacks and ongoingmilitia warfare:
Bosnia– Muslim 40%
Chad– Muslim 53.1%
Lebanon– Muslim 59.7%
From60% you may expect unfettered persecution of non-believers and other religions, sporadic ethnic cleansing (genocide), use of Sharia Law as a weapon and Jizya, the tax placed on infidels:
Albania - Muslim 70%
Malaysia - Muslim 60.4%
Qatar - Muslim 77.5%
Sudan - Muslim 70%
After 80% expect State run ethnic cleansing andgenocide:
Bangladesh - Muslim 83%
Egypt - Muslim 90%
Gaza - Muslim 98.7%
Indonesia - Muslim 86.1%
Iran - Muslim 98%
Iraq - Muslim 97%
Jordan - Muslim 92%
Morocco - Muslim 98.7%
Pakistan - Muslim 97%
Palestine - Muslim 99%
Syria - Muslim 90%
Tajikistan - Muslim 90%
Turkey - Muslim 99.8%
United Arab Emirates - Muslim 96%
100% will usher in the peace of"Dar-es-Salaam" - the Isla mic House of Peace - there's supposed tobe peace because everybody is a Muslim:
Afghanistan - Muslim 100%
Saudi Arabia - Muslim 100%
Somalia - Muslim 100%
Yemen - Muslim 99.9%
Of course, that's not the case. To satisfy theirblood lust, Muslims then start killing each other for a variety of reasons.
Here are the words of an eminent Arab scholarabout Islam "Before I was nine I had learned the basic canon of Arab life.It was me against my brother; me and my brother against our father; my familyagainst my cousins and the clan; the clan against the tribe; and the tribeagainst the world. And all of us against the infidel.”
It is good to remember that in many, manycountries, such as France, the Muslim populations are centered around ghettosbased on their ethnicity. Muslims do not integrate into the community at large. Therefore, they remain as a mortal threat to every society they live in

Shocked Shocked Shocked Shocked

Barton cited the Almighty in questioning energy from wind turbines.
Careful, he warned, “wind is God’s way of balancing heat.” Clean
energy, he said, “would slow the winds down” and thus could make it
hotter. You never know.
“You can’t regulate God!” Barton barked at
the House speaker, Nancy Pelosi, in the midst of discussion on measures
to curb global warming.

Jack Kingston of Georgia, a 20-year veteran of the House, is an
evolution denier, apparently because he can’t see the indent where his
ancestors’ monkey tail used to be. “Where’s the missing link?” he said
in 2011. “I just want to know what it is.” He serves on a committee that
oversees education.

all the people mentioned in the article are the MSM's creation and meant to distract. they are made in a huge crackpot factory somewhere in alaska where they are manufactured by santa's elves and paid for by the MSM. the MSM then turn around and plant them in the GOP with the express purpose of embarrassing the GOP. that's the most likely explanation for their prevalence in the GOP.

Apparently the Republicans like Mr. Romney are mean-spirited even about their own..(and he is a "Preacher- Missionary" too..so much for empathy for a crying man:)

I kind of like cry baby Mr. Boehner Sad ..aww...at least the man has a heart..is not as cold as others..

http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2012/08/24/mitt-romney-john-boehner-crying_n_1827638.html

And he could not resist taking a cheap shot at Pres. Obama (it's fine to question his positions and policies)..questioning his "Americaness" is a cheap shot..

http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2012/08/24/mitt-romney-birth-certificate_n_1828095.html

As someone aptly commented.."This is the kind of joke your boss makes at a meeting, where everyone laughs politely then rolls their eyes when he turns around."

Here is a quote:
The president, for instance, made a similar endeavor onto this turf when he joked about Romney putting a his dog on the roof of his car in the 1980s.

"During a speech a few months ago, Gov. Romney even described his energy policy this way, I’m quoting here, ‘You can’t drive a car with a windmill on it,'" Obama said earlier this month in Iowa during a trip to promote wind energy.

"Now I don’t know if he’s actually tried that — I know he’s had other things on his car," Obama added in a joke he'd end up repeating several times that day.

I'll call this a silly shot (and falling flat - not funny!) and it was not to question the 'fact' that Obama is a "real" American- born in the USA...but Angel, if you want to count this as Pres. Obama taking cheap shot at Gov. Romney, fine with me!

in american libel law, truth is an absolute defense. it IS true that mitt romney stuck his dog on the roof of his car. it IS NOT true that obama was born outside the US. romney's only defense therefore is that he was talking about himself and not about the president. one then has to wonder whether the republican candidate, because he is given to non sequiturs on the campaign trail, is a mental case.

Stupidity is not all property of republican party. Domes have a long monopoly on self destruction on and public damage.

At the top of list stand all time greats such as Bill clinton who dropped his pants to an intern who is his daughters age.

is obama without flaws?

1. He should have focused on jobs and economic revival in 2009. Whatever his agenda was before sep 16, 2008, he should have embraced jobs as the primary issue after october 1st week 2008 credit crisis (when US economy ground to a halt).

2. he should have delayed health care reform to a future time when economy was back to normal. This will hurt confidence in US economy and also add trillions to deficit over the years. It will also increase individual health care cost of middle class.

3. Obama was also a poor leader of dem party as proven by his policies leading to the biggest loss of house seats and the rise of Tea party. Some of this is not his fault but a significant burden falls on his inability or unwillingness to stick his neck out by selling his health care and stimulus in a vigorous and timely manner.

4. Now it is almost sep 2012. How many of Obama supporters can tell what his plans were for the next four years? More of the same? Is he going to help students? is he going help seniors? What about taxes and entitlement cuts? No wonder many of his earlier supporters are not so enthusiastic this time around.

Yes. I feel Obama is better choice than Romney. But Obama is not so perfect. And all opposition is evil and stupid.

alright then stupidity is predominantly a property of the republican party. bill clinton's penis never caused wars, economic recessions, or inadequate responses to natural calamities. the republican politicians' stubbornness on matters of science and the environment is every day degrading the planet. their refusal to accept well established science about natural selection and evolution is an embarrassment not to mention harmful to children. the catholic church has made its peace with darwin but not republican politicians for crying out loud. indeed stupid is the republican party.

everything in life and politics need not be balanced. sometimes there is no balance. in this case, the stupidity of the republican party far far far outweighs the dems'.

Bill clinton's behaviour in white house cost dems the fruits of the best economic situation in 40 years. They were forced to a defensive situation and resulted in a loss of ability to advance their agenda for nearly 3 to 4 years in late 1990s. Then it cost the presidential election which should have been won by Dems easily. (Gore himself contributed to the slef destruction but the set up was by Billi clinton's penis). the result was Bush and his policies. If that is not self destruction, what is it?

Dems bad = Repub bad is not the equation.

An example of Dems policy hubrius:

The Conn. dems are proposing a $10 minimum wage in this deep recession in a state that is finding it tough to find a growth engine.

there are genuine policy disagreements that one can debate. but can you find anything on the dems' side that's the equivalent of not accepting evolution and natural selection, not accepting the science of climate change, and trying to reverse the clock on women's reproductive rights?

Dems have been failing to control spending on entitlements for a long time. They have been playing the voteblock politics for a long time. They have also resisted voter iD laws for ever even though it is a fairly easy to implement technology that countries like India employ successfully. ( that reminds vote early vote often motto of chicagos dems).

This is a pro repub blog. But the numbers can be verified. See where the money is going. It is not a simple question of policy difference. This is a question of severe addiction to entitlements that dems as a vote bank policy.

The dems led by Obama should have proposed a debt reduction policy (a long term policy that will start cuts after economy recovers) of 5 or 6 entitlement dollars to every tax dollar in the first trillion dollar. That should be sold to the nation by president and then force repub to answer. He should have started this 2009 or 2010. He was too timid to come forward with any such proposals and dems are too drunk with public money spending orgies that they cannot suggest any sensible cutting policy.

so what? social security and medicare are not republican or democratic programs, they are american programs. i posted extensively on these topics some days ago. did you read the NYT article which shows clearly that the largest users of social programs are republican voters from red states?

i also disagree with the term "entitlement". these were promises that were made towards which american workers paid real money from their pay checks. the way to reduce debt is by increasing taxes, scaling back defense spending programs to zero, and treating capital gains and dividend income as regular income, instead of giving them special tax treatment.

by the way paul ryan is NOT a deficit hawk. reducing or maintaining tax rates as they are is not a means to decreasing debt, but in fact increasing it.

i support social security and medicare reforms, but the burden for those reforms should not be borne only by current workers. i also support means testing as long as it also includes means testing current benefit recipients.

All these entitlement programs were passed during democratic regimes. Every opportunity to change them was vehemently hindered by dems. They figure as glory items in every dems manifesto and top their resumes. In the past twenty years all change proposals originated from repub including welfare reforms of 1996.
they were democratic and they will remain the centerpiece of anything democratic.
Yes. Red states may have more white entitlement reciepients. Is there any proof these people vote repub in all elections? They may vote repub in national but vote democratic in state and local elections? Why can't dems expose.their hypocracy?
Why call them entitlements? Each of these programs, social security, medicare andmedic aid, welfare laws take out more than they put in. What we paid is not sufficient to pay present and future participants. State has to cover the gap. SSo it is an entitlement rather than a payback.

SS andhealth care are so huge that any amountif taxes will never cover them.
33% of medicare goes to ladt two years ofelderly treatment. Why not rationalize those dollars?

I checked the link. It shows that some middle class repub get entitlements but think they paid for it. Those repub support repub. Let us just say they are hypocrites.

How does that explain dems reluctance to reform entitlements?

before i answer that, may i ask what your big goal is? do you want to reform social programs for the sake of reforming them, or to achieve the larger goal of reducing the debt? what do you really want to do?

That word is plain wrong. The govt gives back what it took as loans from the former youngsters. This is no different than cities building school buildings by selling bonds, then taxing the residents to repay the bonds for the next 30 years.

it's really time the politicians leveled with the public and tell us what our choices are. they're not doing that because the choices aren't pretty. political rhetoric and picking bits and pieces from the other side's agenda is good for scoring campaign points, but doesn't really get at the root of the problem, and it's high time the politicians lay out the stark choices that we have completely and ask us to vote on these choices. the public are not as stupid as the pols think they are. they'll get it.

here's a starting point

it's not perfect and it asks you to make choices only parts of which i like. still it's a place to start thinking about things. this is the kind of debate we should be having, not isolated and limited discussions like medicare and ss reform, increasing cap gains tax rates etc., and certainly not birth certificates and dogs on car roofs.

i tried really hard and got to covering 358 B out of the projected 418 B shortfall we'll have by 2015. couldn't get beyond it. i suspect i might have been able to do better had i been allowed to make more fine-grained choices. i do it with 44% savings from tax increases and the balance from spending cuts.
